These are small private efficiency units in the best area of Hollywood Hills with private hottubs (ranging in size from 300-465 total square feet). Each unit has its own private patio of 200-500 square feet and private hot tub with 180 degree awe-inspiring views above the city lights. It was formerly a house split into 4 units.

There are no other small units in the Hollywood Hills with these amazing views! This allows us to provide our guests with the ultimate in value and luxury! Our unique one of a kind set-up affords you all the amenities of a luxury hotel for a fraction of the price.
